Take your cooking to the next level by mastering one of the most important tools in the kitchen—the knife! Join Berkshire Community College for a hands-on workshop designed to sharpen both your skills and your confidence.

Location: BCC Main Campus, Susan B. Anthony Center (lower level, Kitchen)

Cost: $65
In this class, you’ll learn to:
✨ Chop, slice, dice, chiffonade, and julienne like a pro
✨ Practice safe and efficient knife handling techniques
✨ Care for your knives with sharpening and honing skills
✨ Test out different knives to discover which style works best for you
Whether you’re new to cooking or looking to refine your technique, this workshop will help you feel more comfortable and capable in the kitchen.
Community Education Workshop Refund Policy: If you withdraw at least one week before the first meeting, you will receive a 100% refund less a $15 processing fee. No refund is given for withdrawals made less than one week before the course starts. If BCC cancels a workshop, you will receive a 100% refund of all fees. Please allow at least three weeks for processing refunds.
